About

Trail Creek Ranch is a historic wedding venue nestled in the mountains near Wilson, Wyoming. Just 12 minutes from the bustling hub of Jackson, in beautiful Jackson Hole. This property is charmingly secluded while remaining conveniently accessible. The tranquility of the landscape will set a romantic tone for your celebration, while the numerous outdoor sports provide plenty of activities. Hiking, horseback riding, fly fishing, skiing, snowmobiling, and dog sledding all abound in the area depending on the season. The land was originally owned by Betty Woolsey, the captain of the first women’s Olympic ski team, as a place to ski and get outside. Her legacy lives on in owners Muggs and Alex, who invite you to commemorate your special occasion on this stunning working guest ranch.

Facilities and Capacity
Trail Creek Ranch sits on 270 acres of breathtaking Wyoming natural beauty and is a blank canvas that you can customize to your wishes. With numerous overnight accommodations, sweeping grounds, and a log barn complete with authentic western tack, this venue is an unforgettable retreat in which to wed. The storied 1930s Bircher Barn can accommodate up to 20 people and is perfect for intimate receptions with your closest friends and family. Events can also be hosted out on the lawns and fields, where a tent and all the fixings can be set up. During your wedding weekend, you and your guests can stay in eight on-site cabins, which combine modern amenities with rustic accents.

Services Offered
Rental of Trail Creek Ranch requires a wedding planner in order to help make sure that everything runs smoothly. You and your guests will have access to the ceremony and reception sites until 11 pm to give you plenty of time for dining and dancing. Parking is limited, and the venue recommends that you book a shuttle service for ferrying your loved ones. The ranch is also ideal for elopements and offers packages that include a three-night stay.
