I would first like to say that I am a huge procrastinator and I waited to hire ceremony musicians until the last second. I had my mom call and hire Stanton Strings 2 weeks before my wedding, but since I was getting married on a Sunday, they were still available.Sent on 09/06/2012
I emailed the manager my selection list, but I never received an email back. My mom's check did not get cashed either before the ceremony. So, needless to say, day of the wedding, I was stressing out about them not showing up for the ceremony! A lot of needless stress!
Literally 20 minutes before my ceremony my personal attendant comes in and tells me the musicians were there! whew!
During the ceremony, they played all of the songs I had requested but the actual one I wanted for my walk down the isle. That was a little disappointing, but I assume it is because it is a piano/violin duet, so it wouldn't sound good without piano.
Honestly, this is the only blemish in my whole day, very disappointed by the communication. Overall quality and performance was good however. If you give yourself lots of time for communication and organization, this should be a good choice.
