The Sauce Catering

The Sauce Cocktails & Catering is a full service food and beverage provider for special events, corporate catering, weddings, showers, and more! We focus on providing unique and customized menus for your guests to enjoy. Based in Billerica, Ma, we service all of New England.

Our experienced culinary team can provide three different styles of events - Bar Service, Drop Off, Pick Up or Full Service Catering.

FULL SERVICE CATERING (most popular)
This event style is where all food is prepared in our kitchen and finished at your event site. Our staff will cook onsite, our servers will set and clear, and our bartenders will handle your bar needs (if applicable). Food will be served on your choice of disposable or real servewear.

PICK UP CATERING
This event style is offered to clients who would like a fully catered meal, but without the service option. Your food will be prepared and the client would pick up from our Billerica, MA location. You also have the option of the food being picked up hot or at room temperature (for client to reheat).

DROP OFF CATERING
This event style is offered to provide all the food hot and delivered to your event location. The delivery team will set the buffet and then the client is responsible for any clean-up service.

BAR SERVICE
The cocktails team carries as 12(c) liquor license which allows a low cost bar service for clients who prefer a cash bar experience. All bartenders are TIPS certified and skilled. (Please note that all bar service contracts must include a food experience).
