I loved working with The Queen's Jewels! Mrs. Hipp was so helpful, and actually remembered our names on the several occasions we went there. She worked with us very patiently and helped us find just what we were looking for--amazing rings at a great price! She even pulled out new rings that hadn't been entered into inventory yet for us. When I found my ring in the new stock, she inventoried it and then sold it to me. I was astounded that she would go through so much work to make me happy! You won't find that kind of personal customer service anywhere else!
