The Perch House and Hall is a special wedding venue located in Seguin, Texas. Situated on two rolling acres of land and overlooking the Guadalupe River, this serves as a wonderful space for your casual, but elegant, outdoor wedding.
Facilities and Capacity
The venue features The Perch Hall, which is a 1,300-square-foot open barn. This beautiful covered pavilion is adorned with French doors and antique cottage windows. The Hall holds 10 handcrafted farmhouse tables with matching pews which combine to seat up to 100 guests. No more than 125 guests are allowed. This venue overlooks Guadalupe River and two acres of green space.

The Perch encourages couples to bring in caterers and vendors of their choice. They offer couples the opportunity to schedule a viewing of the venue to determine if it is the right wedding space for them. Each wedding event held at this location includes the following services
- Use of the open-air pavilion
- Two dessert/gift tables
- Two eight-foot serving tables
- An area for the couple's caterer
All couples who choose The Perch as their wedding venue gain access to the property the entire day 9 A.M. - 12 A.M
