The Officer's Club is the perfect place to host your event of up to 400 people. We offer specially designed, locally-sourced catering menus, a full bar, friendly event staff and numerous spaces and dining styles available to choose from.
Amenities provided with a wedding package through The Officer’s Club include:
- 5-hour reception venue rental (Ballroom)
- Tables and chairs
- Standard round linens
- 12” round mirrors and 3 votive candles on each guest table
- Full china service including: plates, flatware, linen napkins, and glassware
- Set up and tear down time
- Professional wait staff

- Champagne and/or Sparkling Apple Cider for toasting

Scheduled an appointment with the events manager via email. We went to tour this venue and the lady who manages events was 15 minutes late. She wasn’t in her office and then breezed right past us without acknowledging us when we were in her the waiting area outside her office. I went to her door and told her what we were there for. She beginnings to print out the catering packages and venue info on the spot. Then she took us to view the reception area and she knocked and said she wasn’t sure if we could go in because there might be a class. Why schedule a tour during a time the space may be in use? She didn’t go over anything with us besides saying everything can be found in the packets she printed (which why didn’t she just email it over in that case?). There’s a gated pool in the outdoor ceremony space. Kind of an eyesore for a wedding, but she assured us the pool would be closed for weddings so that nobody appeared in swim wear in our photos. Overall it was just underwhelming aesthetically and in customer service for what they charge.The Officer's Club's reply:
Hi Terry,
We do apologize for the experience you encountered, I had a tour right before you and it ran longer than expected. t is just myself in the Sales department right now so there wasn't anyone to let you know, I do apologize. When I originally set your appointment all rooms were available to tour , we booked last minute training's and some days they ran longer so I wanted to knock incase the class was still going.
