The Oaks at Williams Creek is located in Kaufman County, Texas. This beautiful property sits on 100 acres of hay pastures surrounded by oak groves. As you wind your way from the stunning gate to the venue itself, be prepared to see wildlife. The modern, yet affordable, barn provides a welcoming, relaxed, and private place to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. So, when the weather is suitable, you can truly appreciate the entire appeal of this location.

A great deal of the property is suitable for photo opportunities. From the front gate to the back fence, you are sure to find an unbelievable picture at every angle. The orientation of the building and pergola, the sunset, the interior color choices - each of these are a photographer's dream.

Facilities and Capacity

The Oaks at Williams Creek is a 6,500-square-foot banquet hall which can accommodate 325 seated guests. The interior of the main hall includes high ceilings with two stunning chandeliers. The second-floor mezzanine can seat 150 guests. A modern yet rustic-inspired staircase makes a stunning focal point for indoor ceremonies, bridal party welcomes, and bouquet tosses.

The venue includes a gorgeous bridal suite and spacious groom's room. Our large kitchen - ideal for preparation - is perfect for your caterers. The outdoor silo bar and beautiful indoor bar complete the venue’s overall appeal.

Services Offered

Staff at The Oaks at Williams Creek are more than willing to accommodate your needs to make your day special. The owners (Kim and Hal) and one of their day-of coordinators will do their utmost to make your fantasy wedding come to life. This venue is perfect for your ceremony, reception, or rehearsal dinner. Event services includes security, tables, chairs, and tablecloths. They offer a 15-hour rental, from 9am until midnight. What’s more, they have an open vendor policy.

The Oaks at Williams Creek is easy to get to. Located just 45 minutes from downtown Dallas, it is far enough from the bustle of city life, while also offering proximity to its convenient services.

The Oaks at Williams Creek is beautiful venue for any gathering

The Oaks at Williams Creek is even more beautiful then the pictures. It is so peaceful and we often saw deer when at the venue. The owners were helpful and amazing with all our needs. Kim answered texts and had so much of the decor we wanted already which was a big help..the day of coordinator, Kathryn, was such a big help (especially with our friends and family...it can be like herding cats). The venue has plenty of space, inside and out, for all our guest to have fun and feel safe and comfortable, especially given the pandemic. The pictures were even more beautiful then we could imagine especially outside with the wedding party.

Excellent , Exciting

Hal & Kim are great ! We did 3 tours before booking our date and on all tours they treated us as if it was our first ! Super friendly & kind, made us feel comfortable and like at home ! Cant wait for our special day ❤️

Beautiful Venue & Incredible Host!

This place is a hidden gem! The owners came out early, helped with everything, and were so kind in doing things they weren't even required to do! The wedding was one of the most enjoyable weddings I've ever been to and this venue was part of making that happen! I have nothing negative to say about the location.

They had a beautiful suite for the bridal party and a great spot for the guys to get ready and hang out (play poker) before the wedding. We LOVED it!

I highly recommend!
