    Incredible Wedding Reception Venue

    McKinley is an OUTSTANDING venue. The food, flexibility, service, and size is unmatched by other venues in the area. The McKinley was the perfect location for our wedding reception. The reason we first chose The McKinley was because of its humongous sunken dance floor- it is the biggest dance floor we have ever seen at a venue. Our guests loved it and were on the dance floor all night. The ceilings are high and beautiful. Chelsey Gehl is the current GM and she has also been a wedding planning and she is THE BEST. She was incredibly responsive and flexible. Time and time again we asked her to make something happen and she did. We did our ceremony and cocktail hour at Cornerstone, which is an outdoor venue that The McKinley partners with and they did all of the catering to that venue at no additional charge. Chelsey made our special requests happen each and every time we asked. She is incredibly prepared and organized so you can trust her with making your night successful. The McKinley is an absolutely stunning reception hall and the perfect location for our wedding reception.

    The McKinley catered our wedding at Cornerstone in Apalachin, NY. We were absolutely blown away with their knowledge, professionalism and suggestions for how to have the best wedding ever. They exceeded our expectations beyond belief. Huge shout out to Alisha (and then later on, Sara) for helping us to have a stress-free day and days leading up to the big day. Couldn’t have asked for a better caterer. Guests were impressed with how many staff were present to help with anything and everything. They made everything seamless and incredible. Extremely highly recommended!!!

    The McKinley catered our wedding in August at Cornerstone at W&W. I cannot thank Alisha, Sara and the amazing McKinley staff enough for all they did for us. From the very first meeting with Alisha we were blown away. I am not even sure where to begin with how much we loved Alisha! She went above and beyond for us and made sure our wedding day would be perfect! We did not have any worries the day of because of her. Sara was also phenomenal! She was so kind and sweet and took care of us and all our guests on our wedding day. She even took care of a few incidents for us and made sure my hubby and I didn’t have to worry about anything. We were so blown away with how many wait staff members were present at our wedding also! Each of them were so nice and friendly and made sure everyone and everything was taken care of. Last but not least the food was incredible! We are still getting compliments from our guests on how delicious it was! If you are getting married, do yourself a favor and book the McKinley ASAP :). Best decision we made!

The McKinley, under the leadership of Alisha Fisher, has returned to the front of the pack. The space is unique for the Southern Tier. It's size allows for the largest of gatherings, but thanks to the clever layout, even a more modest sized event will feel cozy. The food has always, and continues to impress. For me, however, the true measure of a great venue is the staff and I'm ecstatic to report that this is one area where The McKinley has got the formula down. As an entertainment professional, it is a genuine treat to work with like-minded professionals who put the success of an event above any personal agenda. Alisha is easy to work with and very accommodating. You will be so happy with your decision to host your event here!

Alisha and her staff are amazing! They go out of their way to make sure their events run smoothly and that the couple can just sit back and enjoy their day. I love the ambiance at the McKinley - the sunken dance floor is so awesome and I love the many ways to decorate the space!
