On the wedding day itself, Chelsea worked hand-in-hand with our planner to make sure everything ran smoothly—even when a surprise hailstorm tried to throw things off. She was working her butt off behind the scenes, stepping in every way she could to support transitions, guide vendors, and keep things flowing seamlessly. She stayed all the way through the end of the night, making sure every detail was perfect and that we didn’t have to worry about a thing.
On top of her incredible coordination, Chelsea made the experience deeply personal. She surprised my dad and husband with bottles of their favorite liquor—just because she remembered me mentioning it. She gifted us a custom frame with our wedding date, a ring box, and personalized pillowcases. She truly thought of everything, and our entire week-long stay at The Landing felt like a dream because of her care and attention.
The food was incredible, the views were completely unmatched, and the bartenders and setup crew were fantastic. Every part of the experience exceeded our expectations. We’re already planning future trips back to beautiful Tahoe just to relive a piece of the magic. They will forever be a part of our story.

Professional, efficient, extremely helpful team
We ended up booking another venue. Due to Covid, we ended up deciding to heavily reduce our guest count, and we made that decision 2 and half months before our wedding date. We had to change venues and remembered how much we loved The Landing. In 2 and a half months, Stephanie helped us organize our perfect day. She was extremely responsive and answered my many questions thoroughly. She worked with us in understanding restrictions, and helped us figure out a new plan when restrictions changed 2 weeks before our date.
She was flexible when possible and made our day everything we could have hoped for, even if it didn’t look like what we had imagined because of Covid.
The resort itself is beautiful. We were able to use the semi-private beach in front of it for our pictures. The view from the terrace during the ceremony was just breathtaking with the snow covered mountains.
The staff was very helpful, Shannon and Michael actually helped when Stephanie was out for a few days.
The hotel rooms were fantastic and they gave us a great deal with our hotel block. Since our guests weren’t local they really appreciated the luxurious rooms with beautiful balconies and fireplaces.
This is a great resort with a great team to help you create your perfect event.

This place is a beautiful venue for a "Lakeside" wedding without getting the sand in your shoes! Now that Lynn Barth is there running the Weddings and Events, you can be assured of a professional experience. The revitalized hotel is lovely; the rooms are great and the view from the top landing is fantastic.
