We love Mark Parent!
We hosted our wedding block here. They went above and beyond to make sure guests were accommodated. Mark Parent is a Director of Sales and worth his weight in gold! Sammara, Mark, and Nicole were a pleasure to work with through the year. We even got a free shuttle to our nearby venue and a free room through the SPG program because we had so many bookings. Our experience at The Westin was unbelievable. We held our June 2018 wedding in the Regency ballroom and everything was honestly perfect. The venue was gorgeous, friendly and attentive staff (Al is the man!), and the food was delicious. Lauren was our event coordinator and my compliments do not do her justice. She was always prepared and friendly during our phone calls, emails, and meetings before the event. She was extremely organized and genuinely excited for our wedding! It was like planning with a friend instead of someone who was “just doing their job”. The day of she was up early prepping the bridal room/grooms suite, had the ceremony room set up beautifully, and was with us every step of the way. Her room décor was spot on. I gave her ideas of what I thought and she transformed ideas into the perfect ceremony and reception room. Her attention to detail was spot on and made me feel so special. My only concern when we originally booked was the lack of outdoor photo areas, but I was wrong. There were plenty of places to take pictures indoors and Lauren knew the best spots! You just cannot beat the chandelier shot! There is also a gazebo outside which photographed beautifully. If you are worried about only having indoor pictures for wedding shots, there are several local parks just minutes away for those outdoor pictures.
If you are getting married or planning an event, book it with The Westin and make sure you ask for Lauren as your event coordinator.

The facility itself is amazing; the ballroom is gorgeous and the entry way is grand as can be. The food served was delicious (according to our guests) and best of all Lauren is the perfect person to work with. Very professional, friendly and responsive we couldn't imagine our wedding without her. 5 stars for Lauren!
