Phil Perry was so easy to work with and very responsive to our needs. He never pushed us to spend more than our budget and worked hard to help us save while also designing a beautiful wedding ceremony and reception for our son and his new bride. During our wedding planning, we had problems with a DJ that we had retained and Phil immediately connected us with B & B Music who is an affordable DJ contracted with the The Encore Room. In addition to this, the facility offered some very nice amenities that helped make our special day so much more special. 2019 Wedding for 100+ People
I had my wedding on November 10, 2019. The venue offers decorations, a DJ, a photographer, a dressing area, and food. Keep in mind, they do have extensive insurance expectations if you do not plan to use their DJ or Photographer. There were great food choices and the decorations were pretty, though we chose to bring our own. We split our wedding into a ceremony, a few hours between, then a reception. It worked out very well and since I was worried about the things that needed to be done, I was stressed. But they took care of everything without my needing to say a word. We used this vendor because 1)it was actually much cheaper than other all-inclusive places and 2)I just love theater. It was amazing to be able to have my wedding at a theater. As mentioned, it was cheaper than most vendors. My parents paid for the wedding, so I dont know exact numbers. But it was under $10000 for use of the room, drinks, food, a DJ, and extra hours added on.Sent on 10/07/2020
