The East Montgomery County Improvement District Building is an impressive red-brick structure that is supported by tall white columns. These breathtaking fixtures flank the doors to the Atrium, a cavernous space where 20-foot windows bathe the floor in natural light. After saying “I do” in this airy and spacious hall, step outside onto two decks, which overlook a pond and fountain. These open-air patios are perfect for sipping cocktails and sampling hors d’oeuvres before dinner. Inside, a staircase leads to the second floor, where smaller rooms are available for getting ready with the wedding party and preparing the reception meal. Around the estate, the grounds can also be used for outdoor ceremonies and taking pictures with loved ones. These woods abound with spectacular scenery and make for an atmospheric backdrop to your exchange of vows.

Director, Venue & Events
With more than 14 years of experience in venue and event management focused on life safety, event and venue details, logistics, guest and client services; Ryan Bonifas is excited to bring his knowledge to EMCID as the Director of Venue and Events.
Before landing at EMCID, Ryan oversaw multiple event and production departments, most notably at Fair Park in Dallas and the Fort Worth Symphony. He also managed and produced a wide variety of events, ranging from 50 people to 50,000, such as festivals, concerts, endurance racings, consumer shows, meetings, and conventions.
Ryan, a communications graduate from the University of Texas at Arlington, is a member of IAVM (International Association of Venue Management,) a CVP (Certified Venue Professional,) and has attended VMS (Venue Management School) and VMSGI (Venue Management School Graduate Institute.)
He is more than excited to bring his experiences to East Montgomery County to amplify EMCID events in the community and deliver a first-class experience to guests at events.
In addition to working at EMCID and events, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, Alicia, and son, Brooks. Ryan spends time playing just about every sport with his son and cheering on his hometown sports teams – the Dallas Mavericks and the Texas Rangers.
