About
The Country Abbey venue is located in Justin, Texas. This property is a beautiful venue for weddings and other special events. A historic chapel with the traditional center aisle, for ceremonies large and small. The adjoining reception hall is well-designed for dinner and dancing. Charming guest houses are on the grounds. The Abbey is an easy drive for your guests, with convenient close-in parking.
Facilities and Capacity
In the chapel, traditional oak pews and antique chandeliers add reverence to your vows. Afternoon ceremonies enjoy natural light drifting in from tall windows, while the wonderful acoustics allow your guests to hear every word of your vows and music. You may bring your own decorations or explore our extensive rental inventory. The reception hall can accommodate a variety of floorplans and themes. The capacity is 150 guests.
Outdoor ceremonies can be held in the Pecan Grove, under a canopy of majestic pecan trees.
Services Offered
Our So Simple Weddings package has the venue "wedding ready" when you walk in on your wedding day. Our ceremony coordinator will oversee your rehearsal on a day prior to your wedding, and on your wedding day will assist with your pre-ceremony details followed by your wedding party's processional into the chapel. You can relax knowing everything is being taken care of as you enjoy your special day. Simple. Easy. Done!
Accommodations
Two guest houses, on the Abbey grounds, are available for your wedding party, family, or just the two of you! They are convenient to the chapel and can be a gathering place for your pre-wedding dressing, or a place to unwind following your reception.

I am so happy I chose to go with The Country Abbey. From my first visit the Owner and the Event Coordinator/ Manager were so responsive and helpful. They assisted me every step of the way, were flexible, and very responsive to my questions. They made my dream wedding day come true. The wedding venue is beautiful with so many added amenities and flexibility. They worked overtime to make sure everything was in place for my wedding day. I can't say thank you enough to them. I would highly recommend this wedding venue, if you are looking for a beautiful place to get married with reasonable prices, and quick responses. They go above and beyond! God bless this place and their employees!-

I can not say enough good things about Sarah and Naomi at the Country Abbey. Our original wedding date was supposed to be 05/01/20 but due to Covid we had to change our plans quickly. Sarah (the coordinator) contacted me and worked with me to reschedule our wedding date for Oct/2020. It was such a stressful time for me but Sarah made it so much easier. Any time I had a question, concern or anxiety, I could always email, call or pop in for a visit to the Abbey and she always eased my fears. She offered so many ideas when I was unsure of how to do things and she and her team decorated the Abbey so beautifully for our wedding. I wanted a simple, clean and rustic look and she put it together perfectly! Our ceremony went off without a hitch because Sarah made sure everyone knew what they were supposed to do and say. I couldn't have pulled off this wedding without Sarah and her amazing abilities. She treated me like I was her only client even during the pandemic and when there were many other brides dealing with the same thing I was. I highly recommend the country Abbey for your wedding, it was everything I had hoped for and more! Thank you Sarah!!!-
