The Brewer's Apprentice is New Jersey's first, and only, full-service Brew On Premise, Wine on Premise, and homebrew supply shop.
We are wholly woman-owned, and we opened our doors in December of 1996. Since then we have helped hundreds of couples to create their own personalized and memorable wedding favors and gifts of wine, beer, or Mead.
It's a simple process that requires two visits...one to make the beer or wine, and another (2-10 weeks later depending on fermentation times) to bottle and label it. For weddings and special occasions, all labels are complimentary, and we can work from sketches, photos, scans, or clipart to create a personalized label to commemorate your special day.
Pricing for wines is extremely competitive, with 750ml bottles costing about $7, and 375ml bottles at about $4.20. Please note these prices are subject to change, and provided only for budgeting purposes. Always call us first!
Each batch of wine yields 26-750ml bottles or 52-375ml bottles. Beer and Mead yield 72-22oz bottles (prices range from $2.40 per bottle to about $3.50 per bottle, depending on the beer style chosen)
We have many couples who also invite the wedding party to join them in making the beer or wine, so it becomes a party in itself! Visit our website or call today for more information.

We did a wine theme wedding so we wanted to make our own wine, (and soda for the little ones)!!! We had been to The Brewer's Apprentice before and we knew that was the place to go. JoEllen and Jason were both awesome. They were helpful, friendly, and professional. Our favors turned out awesome and definitely were a conversation piece. Normally you go to weddings and get some favor that will sit forever and you look and so many people leaving them and do not want them, but with the wine people were actually excited to take it home.Sent on 09/18/2012
If you are looking to make favor's such as Beer, Wine, Mead, or Soda I highly recommend them.

My fiance and I are big beer drinkers and knew we wanted to do something special for our wedding. So instead of having a signature cocktail, we had a signature beer that we brewed at Brewer's Apprentice. This wasn't our first batch, but it's definitely been our favorite. The staff was very helpful in answering our questions and suggesting types of beers that would large crowd would enjoy. The process is a lot of fun and you meet quite a few people while there. We served three cases of 22 oz bottles and at the end of the night there was one left. Some people at our wedding enjoyed it so much that it was all they drank all night. It was a Belgium Wit and was a light, summery beer with a hint of orange. It came out similar to a Blue Moon, just without the acidity Blue Moon tends to have, no orange wedge required.Sent on 08/17/2012

All those at brewers apprentice were helpful and caring. We made 8 batches of wine and everything went smooth. When we botttled our entire bridal party got to get to know each other and had a blast. It is a unique favor that I think everyone will remember. We will definitely go back for other events.Sent on 01/23/2012
