We had an unforgettable wedding at The Bella Mansion and Gardens. Our friends and family tell us all the time that our wedding was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. You have to see this location in person to appreciate how truly majestic it is. The gardens are a stunning, lush tropical landscape. We barely had to decorate or add flowers — the estate is beautiful as is. One thing that is unique about this spot as a wedding venue is that guests are able to enter through the mansion itself, through a beautiful grand entrance that leads to a cathedral-ceiling great room, and straight out the back to the ceremony and reception area. My wife loved the bridal suite. All of the pictures came out so beautiful. It looked like a wedding out of a magazine. We got married under the tree, with flowers cascading from above. It was like a fairytale. Because of the size of the estate, we were able to customize how we laid everything out. We had a huge wedding — 400 guests —and we accommodated all of the tables under a gorgeous see-through tent with chandeliers. We loved the outdoor bar and we especially loved that we didn’t have a curfew and were able to party all night long.

I’ve asked the vendor/venue owner for the invoice countless times. So far their response has been sorry for the delay with still no call, or invoice. Every other venue has a package, pamphlet, brochure and structure yours has none whatsoever. Handling customer service is apart of business and The Bella Mansion/GEM Mansion is not professional at all.
