Sitting on 20 acres of gorgeous land, Autumn Lane Estate overlooks the scenic Sebago Lake. This lake provides the picture-perfect backdrop to post-ceremony images that encapsulate the surrounding areas and the love you and your partner share. This venue offers several indoor and outdoor event spaces for couples to host their wedding events. Whether you envision exchanging vows in The Field or walking down the aisle beside a waterfall, this site has the setting you’ve always dreamed of.

Their newly constructed barn has both an open floor plan and high ceilings. Natural light streams in through the surrounding windows throughout the day and well into the evening. The side barn opens up into a quaint stone courtyard area that acts as the ideal setting for a cocktail hour following the ceremony. It’s also a great spot to feature outdoor games that guests can enjoy throughout the celebration. Behind the barn is a large, grassy courtyard that is surrounded by tall stone walls and a cascading 6-foot waterfall. The wedding field is just steps away from the barn and features 360-degree views of the lake, rolling hills, and nearby woodlands.

Additional facilities include The Estate House and The Couple’s Cottage. The Estate house allows the wedding entourage and close family members to stay during your festivities. This beautiful house features over four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two convertible couches, an outdoor shower, and a hot tub. The wrap-around porch and master bedroom balcony make for chilled outdoor seating and memorable photos. The Couple's Cottage features white-washed pine walls and high ceilings. This elegant cottage oozes luxury and has been built specifically for wedding parties to stay the night before the big day.

Autumn Lane Estate offers wedding packages for weekend weddings and midweek intimate gatherings to best facilitate all of your desires and specific requirements. Their most comprehensive wedding weekend package grants you complete access to the property from Thursday to Sunday. Here, you can make use of the field, the barn, a nearby private beach, on-site parking, The Estate House, and The Couple’s Cottage.

The property also includes 10 luxury cabins to accommodate an additional 45 guests on the property and resort-style community space.
