Chef Linda Laestadius has over 20 years of experience in some of America's most acclaimed restaurants - on both the east, as well as the west coast - and specializes in a wide variety of ethnic foods including: Scandinavian, Japanese, French, Italian, American, Mediterranean and so on. Laestadius also loves to work with local and organic ingredients.
Laestadius continuously works on exploring new flavors, ideas and designs, and should you have any special dietary needs, we will work with you to find solutions.
