It was a pleasure to work with Susie and her assistant. Susie made us very comfortable and was so easy to work with. We also did an engagement shoot with her, in the middle of January at Asbury Park, it was so cold, but the pictures came out amazing! We have seen a sneak peek at our wedding photos and cant wait to see the rest!

Susie and second shooter Dave are consummate professionals. On a long day of shooting, Susie and Dave kept us and the wedding party loose and natural. Flexible and helpful at every turn, Susie and Dave indulged our guests and us, meeting all of our portrait and candid photographic needs. They even tactfully extricated a very exhausted bride and groom from the hustle and bustle of cocktail hour, allowing us to have moments alone and time to enjoy the day.


Susie and Dave showed up and brought their ‘A’ game. They seemingly were in the right place at the right time always, capturing all of our special moments. Susie really did her homework prior to our big day and was ready with back-up plans for shots at the church and venue (in the event of rain). Because of her preparedness, Mariola and I did not worry about a thing when we woke up to a rainy wedding morning; we trusted them completely and believed them when they told us multiple times to just enjoy the day because “they’ve got this.”


From tender moments at church to formal portraits with family and friends, Susie and Dave exceeded all of our expectations. They even humored the groomsmen in their quest to take ridiculous and campy photographs! The good natured heckling and banter was phenomenal and really brought out the best smiles in all of us.


We could not be more grateful or satisfied with our decision to use Susie Sefcik Photography, and we thank them for all of their hard work and overall excellence.

Susie is a very talented photographer. So far we have had our engagement shoot, and we could not have been happier on how the pictures came out.
