Owner, Norbert Tuseo was the 1st individual in the United States to ever accomplish the educational requirements to become a Registered Resort PROFESSIONAL (RRP) as designated by the American Resort & Residential Association (ARRDA).
Sunstate travel specializes in three St. Augustine vacation properties consisting of two St. Augustine beach vacation rentals and one downtown St. Augustine historic district vacation apartment/villa.
All three St. Augustine vacation rentals can be rented daily, weekly or monthly. Unlike all other vacation rentals in St. Augustine, these three properties do not charge a cleaning fee. Yes, that is right, FREE pre and post cleanings!!
These three St. Augustine properties provide free Wi-Fi, free parking, no security fees, no damage waiver fees or resort fees!
Our St. Augustine beach Colony Reef Ocean view Condo (sleeps 2-10) also provides free tennis and free HBO!
Our deluxe St. Augustine Oceanfront Beach House (sleeps 2-8 or up to 12) allows oceanfront weddings for a nominal wedding venue fee!
Our downtown St. Augustine historic district apartment/villa sleeps 2-9.
When you vacation in any of our three St. Augustine rentals, you may park for free in our downtown parking lot while sightseeing, which will save you $12 per day parking fees in the historic district!
You will find the quality of these properties to be tops in St. Augustine and the prices to be the best without the cleaning, parking, Wi-Fi and other fees charged by the other vacation rentals on St. Augustine beach and downtown St. Augustine.

The booking agent was very friendly and easily accommodated our date preferences of a Monday to Monday rental with the additional room off the back of the house. There is an additional fee for weddings and events but it even included cleaning the house. It was a great experience from check in to check out and we had plenty of room for the 10-12 people whom stayed with us during the week of our wedding. This would also be a great location for a reunion or anniversary party.
Being the bridal couple we took the master suite with it's private balcony overlooking the beach. We really enjoyed spending the week relaxing and having fun with our friends and I couldn't imagine a better way to start our marriage.

This beach house is so lovely for weddings! A big, sprawling building right on the sand with enough room to put the biggest event tent next to the dunes. The deck, main room, kitchen is huge and decorated in a comfortable yet sophisticated manner. The master suite on the second floor is so big that all the hair and makeup for the bride and 10 bridesmaids was accomplished in this one room! The view from the master suite looks out onto the emerald green Atlantic, who can ask for more!
This is a fabulous house to host a wedding and the wedding party! Great location, great atmosphere, right on the beach with a view of St. Augustine Beach Pier. The house is beautifully designed and has been upgraded with many extra features, and lots of extra room.
