Stephanie began her career in gourmet food photography and model portfolios in 1990. In addition, her fine art career has led to exhibits featuring her european images, collected by both corporations and private collectors.
It also led to finding her soul mate while both photographing for a wedding and gallery exhibit in Venice, Italy.
Stephanie's wedding and portrait career has spanned over eighteen years and includes an international clientele. Her work has been published for articles in Westport Magazine, Oprah Magazine, and Modern Bride.
Her philosophy is simple - create beautiful images, capture the decisive moment, assist when needed, and blend in with the guests as much as possible. Capturing artistic imagery, the details, the romance, is essential; capturing those necessary photographs for posterity is as equally important. She considers herself a documentarian - a day in the life of...
She remembers receiving her first camera, a polaroid, when she was 10 years old.

My husband and I hit it right off with Stephanie. She was lovely to work with throughout the entire process, especially the day of our wedding. Something that you may not think about when hiring a photographer is that the night of your wedding you literally end up seeing them as much, if not more than, the person that you just married. Stephanie is extremely organized and has a couple of different packages that you can choose from. We decided that we didnt want a videographer and Stephanie was able to capture so many different moments from our wedding that we didnt regret not having one. Her photos have a journalistic quality that even transfer over to the more posed family shots. What I love about her photographs is that it is clear that she is a fine artist first and that comes through in every photo she takes. Your photos are something that capture the moments of your wedding and Stephanie has a passion and perspective that deliver them to you even better than you remember.Sent on 08/10/2008
