Lillian is the BEST of the BEST! I am extremely picky when it comes to how my makeup is done - but that was no issue for Lillian. She did my makeup (along with my 9 bridesmaids, mother, and mother in law) for my September 3rd wedding. It looked amazing from 7am that morning all the way to 11pm that night! My pictures, both professional and personal were flawless. And not only can I speak for myself...but for my entire bridal party, who looked GORGEOUS. Sure, some might say that I'm biased because those girls are my friends and family members...but I can not tell you how many guys came up and complimented me on how stunning all of these girls looked - and they did! From the girls who weren't accustomed to wearing alot of makeup, to the ones with troubled skin, to the pros - every girl was super satisfied with their makeup application and looked flawless. Not to mention the Mom's - I swear she took 10 years off their age! Every girl knows how important it is to feel like you look your best on your wedding day...and with Lillian, you WILL - there is no doubt. Should I have any other special occasions in the future....I know that I can call on Lillian to doll me up and make me look my best!

Lastly... Get her to add lashes! They look STUNNING in person and even more stunning in the pictures!

Lillian was just a dream to work with. She not only made my girls and I feel like family, she really took the time to listen and deliver on what not only I wanted (Bride) but also delivered for my now Husband (groom - wedding day makeup, e/shoot makeup) and bridesmaids and the Mom's makeup and Hair. By the end of our first consultation session, I felt as if Lillian was a close girlfriend whom I had known for years and I could be completely open and honest with - with no judgement. Our trial session went great and when I would send her thoughts/pictures of tweaks here and there - she responded asap and told me of her GENUINE honest thoughts of if the "look" would work with my Asian (korean) features. The airbrush techniques were not only flawless - it lasted through the entire 14+ hour day. Lillian and her team were ON-time (early ++ BONUS POINTS!) and got all my girls, mom, Mother-in-law, and groom ready for the big day. Lillian also was able to get the PRECISE and very very specific EYELINER part down so well!!! (Us asian girls - have a thing with specific eyeliner and she was able to figure out the shape I liked in 5 minutes, it was amaze!!) Lillian stayed with me for the entire day (~8 hours) as I needed to have her by my side from pre-ceremony pics (the big job!) to RIGHT-before-ceremony Touchups (much needed due to the Hotness & Humidness of Chicago!!), to the makeup-SWITCH for our Traditional Cultural Ceremony (PLUS HAIR), to the SULTRY-Sexy "Night-time" look for the Reception (hair & Makeup). Needless to say, I was one happy bride and my entire wedding party LOOOVED her. One of my bridesmaids was my older cousin and when HER day came @ the Waldorf-Astoria (oooh lala!!), she knew exactly who to call - .. Ms. Lillian, of course! Then, from her wedding party, one of HER girls loved Lillian so much - snowball effect. I will always call on Lilian for any makeup/hair need in the future! Lillian, you were and are AMAZEBALLS!~! thank you again.

Starlight is incredible. Earlier this month, Starlight provided on location wedding hair & make up services to me and my bridal party. We had a blast and everyone looked beautiful. The owner, Lillian, is tremendously talented and a pleasure to work with. Lillian is also prompt, accommodating, and organized which alleviated any stress & concerns that might have come up with organizing hair & make up for a bridal party.

I highly recommend Starlight for special occasion hair & make up and I will call them again if ever I need such services.
