Stage48 & Rooftop is a wedding venue in New York City, set in the heart of Hell’s Kitchen on Manhattan’s west side. This converted industrial space is a four story venue that incorporates old style feel with state of the art audio-visuals.
Facilities and Capacity
Stage48 & Rooftop features three distinctive event spaces for hosting your special day, with options from 20 guests to a cocktail reception for over 1,800, and all spaces equipped with full sound and lighting for DJ setup. The grand ballroom and expansive mezzanine offers a combined 8,000 square feet of space, LED wall, and IMAG cinema camera for montages. The level 3 loft offers 3,600 square feet of space with performance space, projector, screen, and flat screen TVs. The cantina rooftop offers 3,600 square feet of space, with 600 of that covered, and expansive views of midtown Manhattan. The venue is wheelchair-accessible. Peak season includes May to September, and December.
The starting site fee covers event space rental, event planning, chairs, tables, linens, china, flatware, glassware, sound, lighting, and setup and cleanup for your big day. Bar service, catering service, and outside vendor coordination are all available, and liability insurance is available for all events.
Cuisine at Stage48 & Rooftop is flavored by American New and Latin inspiration. Catering packages are available on-site for cocktail parties, passed hors d’oeuvres, buffer dinners, passed desserts, seafood fountains, and a variety of stations. Outside cake can be accomodated. Bar service available include cash, limited, or open bar, with champagne toasts, house and specialty beer, wine, and liquor available.
In addition to wedding services, Stage 48 & Rooftop can also host other special events and celebrations. These include bar/bat mitzvahs, conferences, corporate events, fashion shows, non-profit events, press events, product launches, and more.
