With a convenient downtown location, rich history and warm, elegant atmosphere, the newly renovated, barrier-free St. Cecilia Music Center building is a perfect location for wedding receptions, bridal showers, parties and gatherings of all kinds as well as business meetings, luncheons, conferences and seminars. With its 635-seat Royce Auditorium and a total of 4 Steinway grand pianos, all expertly maintained, St. Cecilia is also an ideal spot for musical recitals, rehearsals and performances. Each room has air conditioning and is open for use 7 days a week.

The Dexter Ballroom - $2200 Friday/Saturday, contact SCMC for weekday pricing.
This gracious and spacious second-floor room, with stairway and elevator access, includes a platform stage, two grand pianos, same floor restrooms, and kitchen facilities. Room capacity is 184 for a sit-down dinner, 160 for a buffet style service and 175 for a ceremony, meeting or program.

An acoustically superb and exquisitely decorated hall, this handsome auditorium provides stepped seating and full stage lighting. Perfect for a wedding ceremony with a guest list of any size , the auditorium is completely barrier-free and is equipped with dressing rooms.

Formerly named "The Presidents Room", this space is beautifully appointed, light and airy, with platform stage, two grand pianos and a small kitchen. This charming space seats 48-100 persons and is suitable for wedding ceremonies, cocktail hours, recitals, receptions and meetings.
The Mika Music Library - $800 Friday/Saturday, contact SCMC for weekday pricing.
Oak-paneled walls, parquet flooring, cozy fireplace, one grand piano and kitchen facilities all contribute to the warm and welcoming ambiance of this lower-level room, which holds 48-75 people. This is a perfect choice for rehearsal dinners, receptions, recitals and meetings.

Coffee service: $25
Includes two pots of coffee, regular and decaf, cups, creamer, sugar, stir sticks and beverage napkins. Each pot serves approximately 25 cups. Additional pots are $5 each.
We offer complimentary water in pitchers upon request. Bottled water is available at
$1 per bottle. Please order in advance to guarantee this service.

This venue is beyond gorgeous. We had our ceremony in the President's Room and reception in the ball room. We hardly needed any decorations because the venue itself is so beautiful. The team at St. Cecilia was awesome to work with and they made our big day go so smoothly. I highly recommend this venue.

We had our wedding ceremony in the Dexter Ballroom. Not only did the price fit right in our budget, but we hardly had to use any decorations because the room is so beautiful on its own, and we were able to use a sound system as well as the grand piano for our music. Our ceremony photos look amazing with all the natural light that comes in through the windows along the back wall. Carla was great to work with and always responded quickly to any questions or changes we needed to make. We wanted a location that wasn't a church but also wasn't some small, back room at a banquet center. This was exactly what we were looking for. We got lots of compliments on our choice of venue!
