Southwind Hills, located in Washington, Oklahoma, is a scenic wedding venue. This full-service setting strives to offer a luxurious place where you can make memories to treasure for a lifetime. An award-winning event venue, the team here goes the extra mile to take care of every last detail so you can enjoy the once-in-a-lifetime experience. This setting exudes a peaceful atmosphere but conveniently sits just 10 minutes outside of the city of Norman.
Facilities and Capacity
Southwind Hills can comfortably accommodate events with up to 350 guests. The barn offers three floors of possibilities, with rustic wooden walls and floors. The windows overlook the surrounding lush landscape, while chandeliers offer a touch of elegance. The main floor of the barn houses the event space, available for ceremonies and receptions. It also has space for a stage as well as a bar and cocktail area. Couples can spend time with their loved ones on the wrap-around patio. Here, fire pits will keep them warm as they mingle and make memories together.
Ceremonies can also be held outdoors in the forest. This space features a 400-foot walkway for an impressive entrance. To-be-weds can exchange vows beneath a customizable arbor while guests watch from handcrafted pews. Romantic bistro lights complete the scene. Up to 350 people can be accommodated in the forest.
Couples can prepare for the day in the two private get-ready suites, which can include dressing rooms, makeup stations, a lounge area, and a private patio. Once the day has drawn to a close, they are invited for a complimentary overnight stay in the Honeymoon Cottage.

I cannot express my gratitude enough to the ENTIRE Southwind Hills team for making my husband and I’s wedding day absolutely perfect!! They truly care about each individual that steps foot on that property interested in any event. For our wedding, every single person in this building made us feel important, and no matter what they always were a phone call away for any concerns, questions, or changes. Our wedding took place on a Saturday and they had other weddings taking place on Friday AND Sunday, absolutely astonishing how much they made our day feel so special with so many other events happening. The food was amazing all of my guests still rave about it. Every bit of floral arrangements was absolutely beautiful and was everything I could have ever dreamed of. Thank you to all of the coordinators that played such a big part along the way especially Cennedee for making the day so stress-free! I also want to give a shout-out to all of the people behind the scenes we didn’t get to interact with, we thank you all for all of your hard work that took place making our big day so amazing! Again, I can’t express how much I recommend having a wedding here to anyone or even an event. Such a beautiful place and such wonderful people!

Southwind Hills is a beautifully dreamy venue. Every part of the day felt like a fairytale here. Not to mention the incredible staff! My wedding planner, Cennedee, was so helpful and on the ball! She made sure every part of the day went smoothly and right on schedule! We couldn't have done it without Cennedee! Southwind Hills will make your dream wedding a reality!! -
