Welcome to Socialcise AZ!
We are here to simply provide you with all things health and fitness from the moment you get engaged to your big wedding day!
Lauren (owner of Socialcise) started this company catering to bachelorette parties. She would travel all around the Phoenix area, providing Fitness classes to Bachelorette parties! After many classes and many bachelorettes saying, "I wish you could be here and do this for me on my wedding day!" she decided to dive deep into wedding-day workouts!
Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life, and we want you to feel your best! It is YOUR day, and you should prioritize your health before anything! Let go of any stress or worries and treat yourself to the workout of your choice to ensure you start your day on the right foot and feel even more amazing! Trust us, all worries will be gone once you are done!
We also offer Personal Training services for those who are ready to dive into their fitness and get their wedding ready! Let us be there for you every step of the way! Your fitness trainer/instructor is an important person in your life, as they will get to know everything about your body, strengths, weaknesses, how you move, and more! We like to say, we will be your fitness friend for life:)
We provide all equipment needed for the class to your location and have some fun surprises along the way:)
Classes we offer for Bachelorette Parties and Wedding Eve / Wedding Day-
Yoga, Mat Pilates, Barre, HIIT, Total Body Strength, Cardio and Core, Water Aerobics, Zumba, Meditation and Sound Bowls.
