Located in Washington, Georgia, Skull Shoals Park is a rustic outdoor venue for weddings, concerts, and festivals. Set on 300 acres of undisturbed woods, this park is a hidden gem within the hills of Southeast Georgia. With a festival ground, an amphitheater, and a covered event pavilion on-site, Skull Shoals Park is a hub of activity, fun, and celebration all year round.

Facilities and Capacity

The Singing Timbers Pavilion at Skull Shoals Park offers an ideal setting for private gatherings of up to 100 guests. From pre-wedding family parties to intimate wedding receptions, this 800-square-foot space can accommodate it all. The venue is surrounded by trees and natural beauty, setting the scene for an al fresco celebration of love. Even on a hot Georgia day, the ceiling fans within the pavilion keep the space cool and comfortable. Those planning larger events can host their gatherings on the lawn at Skull Shoals Park, an expansive outdoor area located right in front of the stage where many talented artists have performed!

Services Offered

The hospitality specialist at Skull Shoals Park is always willing to work with couples to design the event of their dreams. Their expertise in all aspects of event production and planning ensures that every celebration at the park is a memorable one! Couples can also decorate the pavilion and other on-site event spaces themselves if preferred. The park is home to a full camping site where newlyweds and their guests can stay after their big day, a unique end to a unique wedding at Skull Shoals Park.

We also offer a farm-stay wedding venue at Crowning Glory Farm. Built in 1824, this beautiful home is surrounded by gardens, flowers, trees, and shrubs that create an enchanting and scenic backdrop for your event. You can rent the entire home for your wedding party. With features like a 12-person sit-down dining table with chef/sommelier-prepared wine dinners (optional), a wine room, and a cigar patio, this space makes a dream-come-true fairytale experience. This site is best suited for small to medium size weddings (2-50 persons)

Our historic barn is available for outdoor weddings. It features lawn service only (porta potties required) with plenty of space for seating and commercial tents. A short distance away is an indoor facility for pre-wedding preparation (dressing) and/or post-wedding indoor/outdoor parties.
