Simply Wine provided custom welcome bags for my destination wedding in Napa. I wanted my guests to have a unique experience in Napa, therefore it was important to me that the welcome bags were also special. Each item that was packed was specific to the area; the nut mix was from Napa Nuts, the Chardonnay brittle specific to Annette's chocolates which can only be found in Napa, and the mint truffle was exquisite. In my research for a welcome bag to be so unique, I also found that cost would also be an issue. Upon contacting Simply Wine, Lindsay was in constant communication and was able to accommodate my budget, which also ended up making my welcome bags even that more special. Lindsay even provided me an alternative option for a label, which also fit my budget. My overall experience was excellent. This company provided the most exceptional customer service.

I worked with Lindsay Darriman to prepare 60+ gift bags for our sons wedding in Healdsburg, Ca. From the first email I sent describing our needs Lindsay was a delight to work with. Not only was she responsive but her flexibility in accommodating our requests was very much appreciated. Lindsay stayed in touch at each step and communicated as needed. With things in her hands I had now worries that the gift bags would be " one of a kind" and all delivered to the different hotels on time for our guests arrivals.

The attention to detail - color of the tissue paper matching the wedding invitation, the font for the instruction cards also matched the invitation ..... so you can imagine that these bags were a hit with all our guests. A fitting touch for a beautiful wedding.

The wedding was March 28, 2015 at Ramekins. However, the services were performed in advance of the wedding from 3/24-3/26. Lindsay Darrimon was the special representative from Simple Wine Country who handled my requests expertly.

I requested that wedding guest gift bags be prepared and delivered on 3/26/15. My request was somewhat complicated as it involved gift bags for 15 different guests. These 15 gift bags contained 5 different sets of contents, 3 different sets of "Welcome" card messages and went to 2 different hotels - El Dorado and MacArthur Place - on 3/26 before any guest would have arrived for the wedding to be held on 3/28.

As I told Lindsay, personally, it has been more years than I can remember since I have experienced a more professional, cooperative, efficient and reliable service than that provided by Lindsay. She volunteered solutions, gathered contents, assembled everything and delivered the bags in perfect order within a short time frame. I have advised the Staff at Eldorado of Lindsay's excellent "above and beyond" service...and would be happy to communicate my appreciation to any and all who may seek a recommendation for similar service.
