We offer Caribbean venues for weddings, events, vacations, corporate housing, and gatherings. We believe we offer one of the most unique and stunning villas on North Caicos. Our villa is a breathtaking location that offers over 8,000 square feet of open living and entertaining space. The private pool is over 3,000 square feet and has a bridge and gazebo that span a portion of it. The roof top patio is the perfect place for events, receptions, and parties. Overlooking the white sand and surreal turquoise water, it has a covered bar area and a bathroom providing convenience for guests. The game room will provide hours of entertainment for all ages and also includes a bar area.

We also offer six bungalows that are approx. a mile up the beach from the villa. These bungalows can be rented separately or in conjunction with your event, providing additional space for your guests. You may rent as little or as many as you need.
