Most of the reviews you see here are from Sarah’s clients, so this one is from a little different perspective. I’m a photographer, as well, and have collaborated with Sarah on a number of weddings. I can’t say enough great things about her, her work, or just simply what a great person she is to be around. From her website, you can see that she has an amazing style in both shooting and editing—she captures angles and moments that many would miss, contributing to the story she tells at every wedding she shoots. Sarah’s work as a fine-art and fashion photographer definitely impact her weddings, as well, lending a vision to her work that makes her truly stand out in the field of wedding photography.

There are a lot of good photographers in the area, and I think it can be difficult for newly engaged couples who have never hired a photographer to know what to look for, and what separates the ordinary from the great. Sarah was absolutely wonderful to work with! We hired her for our June 2019 wedding and she was amazing! She was very communicative before our wedding, during the hiring/contract phase and closer to the wedding date. My husband usually doesn’t like having his picture taken and she made us both feel so at ease and got the most incredible pictures of him! My wife and I hired Sarah last year to shoot both our engagement photos and our wedding. Throughout the process, she was awesome to work with—we both loved her style and her personality. Sarah is fun and cool and we could tell even before we saw the photos that she was working hard to create something unique for us. And then when we saw the results…we were blown away. One thing that made Sarah stand out to us when we were looking at photographers was her selection of albums. We hadn’t really thought about getting one, but also knew that it would be sort of crazy to not do something with our wedding photos. We both thought of albums as pretty boring and old-fashioned, but not Sarah’s. The design and the style of the albums and the really cool cover choices completely changed our minds on this, and we’re really glad we have ours.
