We cannot possibly come up with enough adjectives to describe how delicious our wedding food was. Our wedding guests are still talking about it!!

Tim and Lindsay truly listened to us and their food represented them, but it also represented who we are. We had a spinach salad with raspberries, candied almonds and a champagne dressing. We had two entree choices: beef tenderloin with soft-boiled baby red potatoes and sea salt and brown sugar haricots verts and a pesto salmon (with tomatoes and fontina cheese) over caramelized onion orzo and sea salt and brown sugar haricots verts. It is amazing to think that they grilled over 130 pieces of steak to perfection!!

Late night fare - Lindsay and Tim made beer knot pretzels and beer cheese for dipping. So good!!!

They also went above and beyond to cater to some food allergies. One of our flower girls has a severe nut allergy, and they ensured that her food was made in a completely allergen free zone. That was not something I knew at the time, and it just touches my heart. Thank you, Lindsay and Tim.

My photographer, having been been to MANY weddings before, said The Runaway Spoon was the best catered food she has had! All my guests were raving! Lindsay, the chef, and her husband Tim were great to work with! My cakes she had made were amazing!!! Highly recommended!

The Runaway Spoon catered dinner and the cake for our wedding at the Green Bay Botanical Gardens. The food was beyond amazing!!!!!!

I would recommend the Runaway Spoon to anyone getting married. They gave us such a beautiful cake and it was delicious on top of that! They also make our groom's cake an Eiffel Tower which was VERY elaborate, including a light at the top of it - I couldn't believe it when I saw it! Lindsay and Tim are extremely talented and a pleasure to work with.

no need to look ANY further. the runaway spoon is SPECTACULAR! not only is the food absolutely delicious BUT their cake is the BEST we have ever tried. my husband and i checked out tons of places and the runaway spoon was by far the best.

Lindsay and Tim are great! they respond quickly and are professional. we told our friends about them and they booked them for their weddings too.

The Runaway Spoon catered the dinner for our wedding. We also got our cake from them! It was beautiful and delicious! Lindsay and Tim did an amazing job! They worked with us to create a menu that was simple yet delicious - and NOT the typical broasted chicken and beef tips. We loved it! Everything from the dressings for the salad to the main course was fantastic! Several guests said that it was the best meal they had ever had at a wedding!
Anxious brides, be patient with a response to your emaills. They will get back to you. Maybe not the next day, but it will be timely.

We were stuck on who to do the wedding cake. So we split the vendors since my husband loved the amaretto cake with Run Spoon we did the groom's cake through them. Lindsay and Tim were great to work with - I sent them my ideas and the cake came out amazingly.

The rehearsal dinner guests were in awe of the cake as was my husband. A 3D plane with plenty of little details that point to things about us. Compared to some girls on theknot my cake was one of the more reasonably priced and the quality far exceeded some of theirs.

They were a bit slow getting the proof to me and sometimes the emails were returned super quick, but they delivered everything they said they would!
