Working with Kathy was a dream. She has such a fantastic vision for everything, she was great to work with and would recommend her for anyone who just wants great florals but doesn't know much about flowers!

Kathy Buck is an amazing florist, with a knack for details and flexibility for working with a tight budget. I know nothing about flowers or what's in season, and had only a vague idea of the colors I wanted. I showed her photos I liked and the colors in the wedding palette and she created a gorgeous array of bouquets for my NINE bridesmaids, two for my younger sisters, and mine of course was absolutely stunning. I loved it so much I had her dry it so I could keep it forever! Would absolutely recommend Purple Puddle for floral needs of any kind, have been using them for years and am always so pleased. In addition, Emily is a stationary genius and helped me design the perfect thank you notes after the floral details were done. Be it for an event or everyday, floral, gift or stationary--you really can't go wrong with Purple Puddle and this mother-daughter duo!

My husband and I worked with Kathy at Purple Puddle and were completely confused over what we wanted flower-wise. We knew the colors and 'look' we wanted but no idea what flowers would be in season for our August wedding. Kathy was great, she looked at all of the images we had put together and got a sense of what we wanted. We had wanted to use mint julep cups to hold the flowers but were worried about cost if they 'walked away' and Kathy had the brilliant solution of using silver plastic cups. Honestly until I picked one up, I couldn't tell the difference. On the wedding day I was stunned at how beautiful everything looked. The girl's bouquets were perfect and she even managed to do a tulip boutonniere for my husband (even though they are notoriously tricky flowers). Kathy was ever able to make the topper for our cake. The guests loved the flowers so much that many took them home.

Kathy from the Purple Puddle is AWESOME!! She is so on-the-ball and she knew exactly what we needed for our ceremony and reception events. I could not be happier. Even being all the way up here in New Jersey, Kathy was able to give us everything we needed, she even helped us when we went a little over our budget...giving us options to lower the costs. Her arrangements and little touches made the wedding spectacular...it was exactly what we wanted.

This vendor had a great variety of invitations to choose from and at first, our saleswoman, Emily, was friendly and helpful. But when the invitations came in, they needed to be assembled (which we knew about ahead of time). It was not clear exactly how the assembly should go and the cashier did not know how to do them. She went in the back to ask Emily how to do it. Emily replied that the instructions were included with the invitations.... they were NOT, which the cashier went back to tell her. We asked her to ask Emily to come out and show us how to assemble them and she would not come out of the back room to help! I was very frustrated and later wrote an email to the owner of the store about our dissatisfaction. She must have talked to Emily about it because the next day, Emily wrote an apologetic email and later came out to the house to pick up the invitations to assemble them herself. The whole experience was very frustrating for us. The invitations were beautiful, however, and were delivered on time.
