Matt has been in the restaurant industry since the age of 14 and over the years has worked under some of the most revered chefs in the business. He attended the esteemed Culinary Institute of America, before becoming a private chef for some of the nation’s most prominent CEOs and A-List celebrities. After spending years working all over the world, he decided to combine his passions for cooking and vintage vehicles and Prevail Food Truck was born.
