Facilities and Capacity
Pond Oaks by Mountain Meadow Events offers three beautiful acres of natural landscape for up to 300 wedding guests to gather in. Here, in-love couples can exchange heartfelt vows under a canopy of ancient oak trees. Stunning wedding photography can be shot by the pond, with mountain views providing the perfect backdrop. For a comfortable cocktail hour, guests can gather around the firepits on-site and indulge in some lawn games such as cornhole and horseshoe. The lover’s swing provides the ideal spot for the couple-of-honor to take a moment to themselves to drink in the beauty of their day. For reception events, marquees and tents can be set up on the property, or the paved lounge areas can be used as an open-air option. String lights twinkling overhead can give celebrations held here a magical glow late into the evening.

As an all-inclusive venue, Pond Oaks by Mountain Meadow Events aims to provide everything needed to host a memorable wedding occasion. The staff here are happy to assist couples to implement the theme and style of their choice on the property and can provide a range of event rentals to facilitate this. These include tables and chairs, a dance floor, lighting, a wedding arch, and additional furniture. They also provide linens, china, barware, flatware, and glassware. Catering and beverage options are included, along with setup and cleanup of the event. Outside vendors are also welcome and accommodations can be found within walking distance of the property. This venue is also happy to host wedding showers, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, and elopements.

Pond oaks is a beautiful outdoor venue. The owners are very personable and work hard to make the bride and groom's dream come true. They listened to me and my family while we met to go over what we envisioned and brought creative suggestions to us when needed. They were very helpful and when life kept throwing out wedding curveballs, they worked with us to get through it. They made it seem like no problem ever occurred. The venue itself is stunning and has a rustic vibe. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who loves the charm of the outdoors and wants to feel supported from the staff during the stressful process of getting married.-

Pond Oaks and the Mountain Meadows Event team are an absolute dream. Initially we were looking for more of a formal (or expected) style of venue (golf course, vineyard, etc.), but were referred by a family member to check out Pond Oaks.
I honestly thought I'd have to give quite a few concessions to convince my bride-to-be to agree to a mountain wedding. She instantly fell in love with the atmosphere, the venue and it's proprietors, Jen/Caylee. They put our minds at ease with their knowledge of the industry, their willingness to accommodate us with some of the ideas we had and their guidance on areas we honestly hadn't even thought about.
Jen and Caylee go far above and beyond what is expected (cliche, I know); not once during our wedding did we ever feel like there were any loose ends or things left undone. I was even told, after the fact, that there was an issue with some of the desserts being picked up prior to the wedding and I would have never known because it did not affect the event (let's just say that what we were told would be available, *was* available, despite there being a hiccup). The entire event was seamless and Jen/Caylee were extremely communicative about the itinerary and were both constantly on the move, ensuring that everything went off without a hitch and everyone was where they were supposed to be.
Everyone in attendance was amazed at how beautiful the venue looked on the wedding day and how organized the entire staff was. Caylee did phenomenal work with the floral arrangements! Their packages are very affordable and cover almost everything you'd really need in a wedding. If you're looking for a venue for an event/wedding, you really can't lose with Pond Oaks (unless your event is VERY large).
P.S. The bartender rocks! Cary is fantastic and deserves all the tips! :) Seriously though, everyone associated with this venue gets an A+ in our book!

Dream Fall Wedding
