Ponce Presbyterian Church was established in 1999. We have met in locations around Midtown, including, The Mill at Piedmont Park, the Atlanta Women’s Club, the Wyndam Hotel, SciTrek Museum and Defoor’s Centre. St. Paul’s current building on Ponce de Leon Avenue was purchased in 2006.
Ponce Presbyterian Church desires to be the kind of spiritual community that identifies with those who hurt, just like Jesus. Our great joy is not just to see hurting souls comforted, but to experience Christ calling us each to action out of the very ashes that once defined us. (Matthew 5:3). Our mission is to bring the good news of the Kingdom to a diverse city. On any given Sunday, our congregation is filled with those from all walks of life. We like to think of this reality as a reflection of His Kingdom.
Ponce Presbyterian Church was formally known as St. Paul's Presbyterian Church.
