This package is great if you need a little extra hand at your wedding, but not quite Coordination of your actual Wedding. We will arrive at your venue several hours before your reception and set-up your tables with linens, flatware, guest favors, etc (you supply inventory). We will meet and direct all your contracted vendors and submit any last due payments if needed. 2 weeks prior to your wedding you will submit a complete listing of your contracted vendors and we will contact them to let them know we will be the point of contact. Wedding Consultation

2 hour in person meeting, Venue Selection, Vendor Recommendations, Budget Planning, Planning Advice, Invitation/Favor selection, Timelines, whatever questions you may have. If, after consultation, you decide on a package, prices will be adjusted accordingly.

Month Of Planning

Which includes up to 12 hours of Day of Coordination and everything listed in that package, but much more comprehensive in planning. We start working with you 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding, which includes:

Vendor Management

Logistics and Planning for day of wedding events

Review all current plans in place and make recommendations

Act as primary liaison with all contracted vendors

Attend any remaining Wedding Gown visits, picking up of your dress

Step in at your current plans and pull everything together

Partial Planning Package

This package includes everything from the Day Of Coordination packageand Month Of Package plus the below:

Floral and Event Design Recommendations

Confirming vendor commitments and double-checking the details

Unlimited Vendor Recommendations in all vendor categories

Complete communication with all vendors from beginning to end

Guidance with Entertainment and Music Recommendations

Guidance with Theme, Décor, Floral, and Favor Selection Recommendations

Assistance with Menu & Dessert Selection

Full Service Wedding Planning

Your wedding will take about 200-250 hours of planning time. That adds up to about 30 weekends of your time. That’s almost eight months of planning time.

For the couple that would like someone to assist them throughout the planning process from start to finish. We can assist in all aspects, from assembling a team of vendors to designing the overall aesthetic. We will provide advice and manage every detail of the event. All other packages are included in this package, plus the below:

In advance of the wedding, be sure to think about personal gifts you need to prepare for. It's a very thoughtful gesture to give a small gift to anyone who has a special role in your wedding.     We worked with Jennifer Sellers of Pink Swan Events for Day of Wedding Coordination Services. Jennifer is extremely detail oriented and was on top of every detail related to our wedding rehearsal and wedding. She is very knowledgeable and asked us a lot of questions to adequately understand our needs and vision. She also worked closely with our vendors, confirming details and asking tons of questions that we would have never thought to ask, which helped to ensure that every detail came together in the end. Knowing that she was taking care of everything gave my hubby and I peace of mind on our wedding day and allowed us to really be present and enjoy ourselves. We did not originally plan to hire a wedding coordinator, but as the weeks drew closer to the wedding and the details kept piling up, we knew we would have been too overwhelmed if we didn’t have a professional overseeing the details. Jennifer not only ensured that things moved along without issue, but she also calmly handled some unexpected issues on our wedding day, leaving us to be in wedded bliss and enjoying every minute. If you are reading this review and are hesitant as to whether to hire Jennifer, trust us, she is worth the expense!

    Jennifer was our Day-Of Coordinator and she was great! She handled everything beautifully the night of the wedding and everything ran smoothly and without any hiccups. Plus, she's super nice and very professional.

    We cannot say enough wonderful things about Jennifer Sellers and Pink Swan Events! My husband and I initially did not plan to hire a day-of coordinator, but we wholeheartedly agree that hiring Jennifer is one of the best decisions that we made! When I first met with Jennifer and she explained all of the things that she takes care of, it became immediately obvious that her services would be invaluable to us on our wedding day and that she would be providing much more than simply “day-of” services. In fact, she became involved nearly a month before our wedding!

    With Jennifer as our day-of coordinator, we were supremely confident that any hiccups would be handled and that we could fully enjoy our big day. And that definitely turned out to be the case! From one of our groomsmen passing out in the middle of our wedding ceremony to pictures running late and guests showing up who hadn’t RSVP’d (and I’m sure other things that we don’t even know about!), Jennifer made sure that the wedding continued seamlessly and virtually uninterrupted. We are certain that things could have easily been derailed if she had not been there to expertly guide everyone. We are also certain that we would not have been able to relax and enjoy our wedding day nearly as much if we hadn’t hired Jennifer! In addition, we didn’t have to task our family and friends (nearly all of whom were from out of town) with doing all of the many things that Jennifer handled for us. Instead, they got to enjoy our wedding, too!

    Jennifer is, without question, a delight to work with. We also loved her assistant, Amanda, who helped Jennifer with our ceremony rehearsal and wedding day. In fact, we had several guests comment about how lovely they both were! In addition to being easy to work with, Jennifer is professional, extremely responsive, experienced, full of suggestions, and thinks about all of the little things that so many brides and grooms overlook. Her level of detail is exceptional and was noted not only by us, but our other vendors and our guests! (Consider, for instance, that she put together a 12-page timeline for our wedding weekend that highlighted who needed to be where and what needed to be happening at each moment--amazing!). It is clear that she puts a tremendous amount of work into every wedding that she’s involved with. Her value, in our opinion, cannot be overstated.

    We are so grateful to Jennifer and Pink Swan Events for helping to ensure that our wedding went off without a hitch!
