We ordered about 250 pies (cuppie sized) for out wedding dessert and they were a hit. The variety of flavors and the ability to get for dietary restrictions was helpful with our large wedding party. The taste also help up from the shop tasting to the day of!

We have been going to Pie Sisters as long as my husband and I have been dating and we have never ever been disappointed. When it came time to plan for our wedding in September 2018 we knew we wanted to tie Pie Sisters in to our wedding day in some shape or form, so we decided to hire them to bake pies for our favors. They came all the way from DC to deliver the pies at our venue in Berryville. We are thankful they took that off our plates for us so we didn’t have to worry about bringing them all to the venue the weekend of the wedding. The pies were delicious as always. We were thankful to be able to have part of our dating history in our special day and that our guests were able to head home with an extra sweet treat. Everyone commented on how delicious they were and even wanted to take seconds!

Instead of wedding cake, we did a tower of wedding pies through Pie Sisters, and we are so happy we did!! Teresa was one of the best vendors we worked with-- so hard-working, dedicated to getting our vision right, and accommodating (we did TWO incredibly delicious pie tastings at no charge, which was extremely generous and very much in contrast to some of the fancy/snooty wedding cake places we tried). The pie was delicious and such a hit with our guests, and looked so beautiful. I even had pie for breakfast the next morning. These ladies work so hard, and in contrast to some people we dealt with in the wedding planning process, they had such a can-do attitude and weren't constantly trying to upsell us, which we really appreciated. If you are considering pie for your wedding, we can't recommend Pie Sisters enough!

I first tried pie from Pie Sisters because they generously donated some to the Georgetown House Tour Tea and I was absolutely hooked. Considering that and the fact that both my husband and I prefer pie to cake, it is no surprise we checked out Pie Sisters to cater our wedding pie. We had a wonderful tasting experience. They were so nice and welcoming, gave us coffee, and let us choose 3 different cuppies (individual size pies) to try. Then they took the time to sit down and talk to us about ourselves, our event, and the pies we had tasted. The whole experience was so warm and personal, and it felt like they cared way more about us than the other bakeries we looked at, but that’s often what you get with a smaller business. They give a 15% discount for large orders and even offered to rent us some decorations to use on the pie display table at the wedding! Leading up to the wedding the communication was great, they delivered everything on time, and most importantly the pies were absolutely delicious! We will absolutely continue to get pies from Pie Sisters for all our future events!

Working with Pie Sisters for our May 2017 wedding was great - Maria responded to our emails quickly, pick-up on the day of the event was easy, and the pies were delicious!

We loved using Pie Sisters for our wedding! We had one large pie for us to cut, instead of a traditional wedding cake, and about 300 bite size pies in 5 different flavors. Our guests were not dissapointed!

My now husband and I were not keen on spending tons of money on cake and decided that pie would be a great alternative for our barn wedding. Pie Sisters was helpful in recommending what and how much to order. We decided to go with the pie bites. There was some worry that the crust to filling ratio wouldn't be great given the size of the bites, but after going to try some that was no longer a concern! I was able to place the order months ahead of time and make changes to the order a few weeks before the wedding when we had a final head count. My venue was not in DC and for a fee they delivered the items. The bites were a huge success!

My now-husband and I wanted pies to go for our rustic wedding BBQ. We got the cupcake sized pies (cuppies) for our guests in key lime, apple caramel crunch, bourbon chocolate pecan and pumpkin. And then got a single 9 inch key lime pie for our pie-cutting. Everybody loved the pies. They had a perfect filling to crust ratio. The order was on time when we picked up and the sisters that own the store were all so friendly and accommodating.
Not only am I so glad we had AMAZING desserts for our wedding but now every time I pass by Georgetown I make it a priority to stop in and pick a few cuppies up to take home.

We had pies instead of cake for our wedding reception. Pie Sisters makes mini bite size pies that you can order in many flavors and as many of each flavor as you want. We got 80 mini pies and one regular size pie to cut. They were flexible in the design of the large pie and were able to do a really cute palm tree crust with a heart cut out of the trunk and our initials in the heart. The pies were a hit and the couple I got to try were delicious! We also spent a lot less than any traditional wedding cake would have cost! They were also able to deliver the pies to our event venue for a small fee.
