We looked at a few car services/transportation companies in Baltimore but by far there is no comparison to the value and service provided by Philex Transportation! After getting frustrated over all the spam emails and errors made by Zbest in trying to get a quote I requested one from Philex. Turns out Philex was WAY more reasonably priced and easier to deal with.

They were on time everywhere and extremely nice (we used them for several trips during our wedding). I highly recommend this vendor as a transportation service in Baltimore!!!!!

Never ever use this company! In the beginning of April I gave this company a deposit to pick myself and six friends up at Preakness. I called to confirm with him twice, and emailed him a parking pass to get in to the lot. He arrived at the lot too late to get in, he was apparently waiting for us down the street. We walked about a mile away to where he said he was and no one was there. He left us without a ride at Preakness!! I called him from another phone and he hung up on me! Keep in mind; this is Philip Mugo who as far as I know is the owner of the company. We eventually found another car service to pick us up, but we waited outside for hours.
