What does our photo booth look like?
Our photo booth is an open-air, elegant backdrop and stand, red-carpet style experience.
How’s our booth different from the competition?
Instead of the LED flash most box-type photo booths use, we use photographer-quality Alien Bee strobe flashes with umbrella diffusers to ensure your photos look absolutely amazing. We also use professional designers and quality templates so your prints don't look cheesy or unprofessional.
How much space do we need to set-up the photo booth?
We only need an 8x8 space and access to power.
Do we have an attendant assigned to operate the photo booth?
All our photo booth packages include a professional and friendly attendant.
What are our available backgrounds?
The backdrops we currently have in stock include Gold/White "Mermaid," Standard Gold Sequin, Rose Gold Sequin, Black and Gold "Mermaid," Silver Sequin, Black Sequin, Midnight Blue Sequin, Ruby Red Sequin, Iridescent sequin and Green Screen. You can also customize the backdrop or choose not to have any.
Are you able to choose any photo you want for the green screen?
Yes, you and your guests can pick whatever you want in the background in real time.
Do you have fun props and stuff?
Yes we do have cool and fun props. For unique props specific to your event/occasion, we can do the shopping for you at a minimal cost or you may bring your own.
How many people can fit in a picture?
Our photos can fit 15 to 20 people together. It really is only limited to how much space you have!
Do we offer custom designed prints/strips?
Yes. We custom build templates in either 2x6 strips or 4x6 prints, either vertically or horizontally.
When and how will the pictures be accessible? Can we make the photos private?
All photos are saved in a digital album which you can access via the link we will send you in 24hours. You also have the option make your album password protected or unlisted.
How can we share the photos with our family and friends?
You can send them the link to your digital album (along with the password if it’s private).
How far in advance do we need to book your services?
You may book as early as two years prior to your event.
What is required to reserve a photo booth?
We require a signed contract and 50% deposit / retainer fee.
What are your payment methods?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and personal or corporate checks wrote in the amount of only our services (we cannot issue refunds to pay other vendors from cashed checks).
How far do you travel?
We will travel up to one hour from Washington D.C. with no additional charge. Destination service is available for an additional cost (we also travel nationwide for larger events with multiple booths)
Do you have liability insurance?
Yes we do. We are insured and can insure your venue for up to $2 million.
