  Fantastic in every way!

  Luis and his team did an unbelievable job on our wedding from the first tasting to the end of the wedding night. Luis went out of his way to make sure every detail was covered and we got everything we wanted. He was able to work with my food allergies and guest raved about how good the food and desserts were. Can't say enough good things about them, so many different food options and they even were open to some custom ideas too!

  Fantastic!

  Palmtree was amazing from the tasting though the wedding. They were so professional and flexible. At the tasting, they were so helpful about working out a menu and even made my husbands dreams of having a ceviche bar during cocktail hour come true. During the wedding, everything went so smoothly. Luis went out of his way to take care of me as the bride--as soon as a plate was empty it was immediately whisked out of my hand, drinks would magically appear for me at my side, and a plate of all the passed apps was saved for us at the head table. And don't let me forget about the cake. The tres leches cake was sooooooo delicious. In all honesty my biggest regret from my wedding is that I was too full to eat a second piece of cake. I dream of that cake...and have yet to meet another slice of tres leches that holds a candle to theirs. We were so happy Palmtree!
