The industrial yet modern and elegant warehouse features over 8,000 square feet of open space, concrete floors and 20-foot high wood walls. OZ Arts offers a stat-of-the-art theatrical lighting and sound system, an in-house staging system and visual package (projector and screen). The space has easy access to two dock-height doors and one drive-in door, in addition to a catering area and two dressing rooms. Whether you are planning a 500-person gala or a seated dinner for 125 close friends, the Grand Salon provides countless ways to incorporate the custom-designed space as not simply a backdrop for your gathering, but as a truly engaging setting.

Whether you want to enjoy our visual art installation over a cocktail or have a baby reveal announcement with your close friends and family in an inviting and stimulating setting, the Ozgener Gallery is the perfect spot for you. With a rotating visual art collection, beautiful display cases of OZ Arts’ history, access to outdoor gardens and a large green space, your guests will stay engaged and energized.

The Lounge is the perfect place for a networking event for 75, a seated dinner for 50 guests or as a complement to our other spaces for an intimate VIP area. It is contemporary and chic yet flexible with a moveable custom bar, four wall-mounted televisions arranged for easy viewing, a useable and accessible shelving system, and floor to ceiling glass retractable doors that open up to the romantic and spacious patio. Opening off the Lounge is one of the world’s largest walk-in cigar humidors, the Escaparate. Formerly home to more than 100,000 hand rolled cigars, it is now transformed into a striking glass and cedar 360° display and seating space.

Our Patio with its lush landscaping, gas fire pit, and elegant lighting acts as a stylish centerpiece to any special event. The Board Room comes with wifi capabilities, a phone for conference calling, and a wall-mounted TV ready to project your presentation.
