Overlook Farm is a rustic wedding venue located in Clarksville, Missouri. Nestled near the banks of the Mississippi River, the farm spans 325 acres of pristine countryside. The venue serves as a private sanctuary for couples to marry and features breathtaking views, historic lodging, and farm-to-table catering.

Facilities and Capacity

Much of the farm’s acreage is available for use during private events. Couples are spoiled with choices for ceremony locations, with seven options available. Rackheath Gardens, Rackheath Maple Trees, The Pond View, Avalon Spanish Steps, Avalon Meadow, and The Overlook, provide picturesque destinations for nuptials. Avalon Hall, the farm’s banquet hall, has a grand facade with magnificent steps which serves as a ceremony locale close to the reception venue. After the vows, the festivities carry on in Avalon Hall, which can seat up to 350 guests. The building is decorated in warm oak paneling with exposed ceiling beams and stone tile flooring. An outdoor patio is connected to the hall, giving guests extra space to mingle and relax. Its pond and fire pit offer idyllic backdrops for photos.

Services Offered

Overlook Farm has all-inclusive packages available for ceremonies, receptions, or both. Ceremonies held here include setup, cleanup, and a rehearsal, with the option to add on a pre-ceremony cocktail hour or hors d’oeuvres. Catering and bar packages are available for the reception, with many ingredients sourced directly from the farm. Couples holding intimate gatherings can avail of the Garden Wedding Package, which transforms the farm into a beautiful destination with your closest loved ones. Their Elopement Package includes all the basics for a stunning ceremony for the couple who wants to express their love privately. Each plan can be customized with upgrades to enhance the experience.

Accommodation

The farm owns several inns and cottages that are available for overnight stays. Cedarcrest Manor and Rackheath House are historic inns and offer comfortable accommodations for wedding guests. Alternately, the Bridal Cottage is a luxurious private cottage, ideal for newlyweds, and Avalon House and The Lodge are also available for reservations.
