Arriving at the property and seeing the magnificent pumpkin fields and delightful apple orchard stretching off into the distance to meet the horizon, you’ll feel like you’ve stepped into a beautiful fairy tale.

Facilities and Capacity

Diane and Steve Colletti moved to the area in 2002; since then, they’ve worked tirelessly to turn this little piece of paradise into the perfect wedding destination. They’re excited to have the opportunity to share the results of their hard work with you! Once Upon A Time Wedding Venue can accommodate parties of up to 165 guests. You can exchange vows in the garden, by the pergola, or, if you prefer a covered or indoor celebration, you are welcome to use the tented deck or the spacious 19th-century barn. The barn has a fully equipped commercial kitchen, a separate air-conditioned bar, a dressing area, and restrooms. There’s a cozy two-bedroom guest house on the property, and North Creek, Schroon Lake, and Warrensburg are all less than 30 minutes away, so your guests won’t have to travel far to get a great night’s sleep!

Services Offered

Once Upon A Time Wedding Venue is available from April through early October. Your booking includes full access to the facilities, overnight accommodation in the guest house, tables, chairs, dishes, flatware, stemware, and plenty of time before and after your celebration for setup and cleanup.
