Based in Saint Petersburg, Florida, Olivia Hobaica Art offers unique wedding favors. Owner Olivia is from Massachusetts and moved to the Tampa Bay area in Florida. She has painted commissions for more than four years and is a fine arts graduate of Savannah College of Art and Design. She loves to paint couples and is thrilled to capture a special moment from such an important occasion as a wedding.
