North Woods Blooms LLC provides a number of services to ensure that your wedding day is just as you have envisioned. Andi collaborates closely with couples to understand their preferences and taste and aims to reflect that in her work. Andi works diligently to complement the decor of couples’ chosen wedding venues with her elegant designs. Every piece is crafted from the wood of the tapioca plant and can be kept for years to come. Available arrangements include bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, table centerpieces, and altar decor, arch swags and custom pieces to make your dreams come true.
About the Owner
Andi attended college for Art Education and taught Art for 6 years prior to becoming an entreprenuer. She now uses her knowledge of the Elements and Principles of Design in her business instead of in her classroom. "Color Theory was my favorite unit to teach to my students and remains one of my favorite parts of the design and creation process as a wood florist".
North Wood Blooms began when she simply wished to give her sister the unique option of wooden flower bouquets for her wedding as a gift. "It seemed so fun to create and so fitting to my sister's personal style and personality to do an alternative to traditional fresh flowers". Little did she know that sharing wood flower creations to her social media would bring such support from her friends and family. "One of my close friends got married the weekend before my sister. Her florist backed out on her a month before her wedding, so I came to her rescue and we created her flowers in my dining room together!".
Now, Andi gets to create flowers for many brides primarily based in WI, but also across the US. "My favorite part of my job is making the personality and vision of the couple come through in their flowers. Wood Flowers are so easily customized. Whether it is the flower style, shape, size, color, texture, mood and so on, I get excited to help them narrow down the possibilities to truly reflect the couple and their vision for their wedding".

Above and Beyond
Andi exceeded my expectations with her beautiful arrangements she made for my wedding! She made sure to check the colors with me and keep me updated throughout the whole process. My guests were blown away that my flowers were made of wood and everyone wanted to know more about them! I highly recommend working with her!
