Facilities and Capacity
The Niwot Inn & Spa can host up to 30 of your nearest and dearest for your event. Ceremonies can take place on The Stairway, an atrium-style setting that features two sitting areas at either side of the stairwell. Cathedral archways and skylight windows complement the space’s distinctive appeal, creating an ethereal feel for your ceremony. The Great Room can also set the scene for ceremonies or cocktail hours, boasting French-styled doors, the Stonehenge inspired fireplace, and elegant decor. Its clay walls and timber wooden beams contribute to the Inn’s character. After your ceremony, you can host your reception in the Banquet Hall or have a cocktail hour style reception in the Great Room. For those who wish to spend an entire weekend enjoying the Inn, there are plenty of deluxe guest rooms we offer. Featuring high end amenities and custom finishes, our guest rooms complete the event experience by offering your guests a truly relaxing and rejuvenating getaway. We also feature several spa rooms and treatments, available for your guests to enhance their trip.

The Niwot Inn FAR exceeded even our wildest expectations. They were incredibly accommodating, flexible, and caring the entire way through. The Inn itself is stunning, clean and has a wonderful character. The staff is friendly, attentive and kind. We would love to stay with the Inn every night, if we could.
The reception hall is the perfect size for a small wedding, and has lots of room for creativity. The fact that the guests can enjoy themselves, and cruise right upstairs is a perk.
We ABSOLUTELY loved the Inn and would recommend them to anyone.
