She helped me and my wedding coordinator come up with such a creative way to display my dessert. It was beautiful and perfect. The guests absolutely love the pastry, cupcake, and cookie that you display. Your creativity and professionalism far exceed my expectation.

Carol and her team are amazing to work with! We knew we wanted something different for our wedding other than the typical candy bar...etc...etc...and with Carol's delicious shaved ice cream goodies...well, we knew we would have a big hit! All of our guests loved it and both my husband and I highly recommend it! Aside from the yummy goodness, Carol is really wonderful to work with and she is extremely accommodating of our needs.
