Our Spaces..
The Overlook: set high on a ridge about Locust Lake State Park, this is the ultimate outdoor wedding ceremony venue with an incredible view as your backdrop. The Overlook also features an indoor/outdoor pavilion with sliding glass barn doors for flexibility. This is an ideal space for cocktail hours, rehearsals or a covered ceremony if the weather doesn't cooperate. Or, have the whole wedding reception at the Overlook for a more rustic feel!
The Clubhouse: this is a premiere event space that truly has it all: ample space for large weddings, indoor and outdoor bars, a large sunset deck, private upstairs bridal suite and more.
HOTEL PERKS: Located just 3 minutes from Mt. Valley, The award winning Comfort Inn and Suites offers wedding couples a complimentary room and shuttle service with a minimum room block of 10. Ask about the party room!

Spectacular venue for our wedding.
Putting on an event takes a lot of people, and I just have to also say that every person that we interacted with on the staff (shout out to Gorilla/Robert, Jodi, Noel, and Reese in particular!) went above and beyond to make us and all our guests feel really special and taken care of.
Weddings usually have a lot of out of town guests or adult beverages, so the shuttle to and from the nearby Comfort Inn and Suites was a life saver for us and all our guests. Everyone commented on how impeccably clean and comfortable everything was there.
And finally, let's not forget that the venue itself is gorgeous as well- everyone commented on what a secret treasure the place is. No matter what the weather (rain or shine!), you will have a place to enjoy and a picturesque view. If you have a wedding ceremony there you can rest easy because there are both amazing outdoor and indoor places to have it. If you're planning a big event (wedding or otherwise), you can confidently choose Mountain Valley as your destination!
