Our goal is to provide the absolute best wedding cake possible for your perfect day. We accomplish this goal through our unique, high-quality process which results in the most beautifully-decorated, freshest tasting and reliably delivered wedding cake available in the Rocky Mountains.
Your wedding cake begins to take form the moment you visit our kitchen for an initial meeting. During this time, we will provide you with samples to see and taste, then discuss the size and scheduling of your event, then begin to establish the overall specifications and design of your wedding cake.
The actual process of creating your wedding cake encompasses three days of professional attention to detail to ensure that your cake will be absolutely perfect on your wedding day. On Day 1, we mix and bake your genoise (sponge) cake layers in our full commercial kitchen, placing them in our walk-in coolers overnight. On Day 2, we create your desired filling and slice the genoise into thin sections. Then we assemble alternating layers of filling and genoise cake, placing them in the cooler overnight to set up.
On Day 3, the day of your event, we make the butter cream or fondant and decorate the individual cake tiers, but leave them separated for the trip to the event location in our refrigerated truck. Because we NEVER freeze your cake, it arrives at the event perfectly fresh, at which point we complete the assembly and decoration process on-site.
As a result, your wedding cake is not only beautifully decorated, but tastes wonderful for you and your guests. Many of our past customers have commented not only on the sheer spectacular beauty of their cakes, but that their guests were amazed at how heavenly delicious they were as well.
