Everything with Minerva's was exceptional! Janelle was great to work with. We've heard nothing but GREAT reviews on the food. We chose to do a buffet which allowed everyone to get exactly what they want and how much food they want too. We offered two salads, beef tips, chicken and cheesy potatoes. Amazing food. We also opened up a nacho bar in the middle of the dance which allowed everyone to get a late night snack. That was a huge hit!

Janelle's staff is very well trained and they have receptions down to a science. If you're looking for a place that knows the ins and outs, Minerva's is the place to go. Thank you again for everything! We have very happy and special memories of our wedding reception and dance.

Food was amazing!!! They will let the bride and groom have a different meal if you chose to!! They are there to help you out!! They offer different types of meals, buffets, etc. we had two choices. They served it all to the guests and at night they help tear down everything so the family doesn't have too!! Thank you so much!
