Poor service and lack of professionalism
Do not work with this venue. At first, they seemed nice and cordial and were willing to work with us. After we signed the contract, they changed policies and the contract and made things very difficult. When contacting vendors to bring on to the property (dance floor, rentals, DJ, caterer), and they found out it was Melrose Ranch they said "We don't work with them." It made for a very stressful wedding planning time. They might be more affordable but the hassle isn't worth it. After the event, they lied about what transpired at the event and wouldn't give the security deposit back. They were dishonorable and disrespectful to the customer. Very unprofessional.
